Our team of eye care professionals is experienced and friendly. We’re here to help all patients understand their benefits, schedule appointments, and fulfill their eye doctor’s orders. Our opticians can give you guidance in picking out your perfect pair of eyewear, and our friendly office staff is knowledgeable about billing and benefits coverage.

Dr. Wayne Ellenbecker
Dr. Wayne Ellenbecker was raised in Dickinson, ND, attended Dickinson State University and then graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry. He is an active member in the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce and the Sunrise Rotary. He has also been involved in leadership roles in the Idaho Optometric Physicians and was the president in 2010. He also served on the Idaho State Board of Optometry, and was board chairman in 2017. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and Idaho Optometric Physicians. He was honored to receive the Idaho Optometrist of the Year in 2018.
Dr. Ellenbecker enjoys softball, snow skiing, Griz football, Zag basketball and spending time with his family.
Dr. Cindy Ellenbecker
Dr. Cindy Ellenbecker was born and raised in the great state of Montana. She graduated from Carroll College with a biology and chemistry degree and then earned her doctorate from Pacific College of Optometry. She enjoys helping her patients achieve the best vision that is possible and strives to educate and inform them regarding any health issues that they may have. Professionally she has developed a passion for treating patients with dry eyes and other ocular surface disease. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Idaho Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Ellenbecker enjoys snow skiing, swimming, gardening and spending time with her family.
